We were guided and supported so well by Tim, from first contact. We were kept informed 
at all times with great advice and helped to achieve everything we wanted for a perfect celebration of dads life. It was so helpful and reassuring to be in such safe hands.

We chose to use Tim Matthews as he had previously looked after my ex Mother in Law, so I knew my Dad would be in great hands.

Tim took my call even though he was out of the office and was so caring and compassionate after the sudden loss of my father. Just what our family needed at such an emotional time. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim. Myself and my family HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

Tim even sourced the lovely Kelly as a humanist to take the service at the Wessex Vale Crematorium as my dad was in no way religious. Tim chose so well in Kelly as she took the time to come and capture the precious memories of my Dad in such a way that when she read out his Eulogy everyone that attended commented on how well the service had gone and how Kelly had captured his fund side. By Tim finding Kelly for us, he organised another dreaded element of organising Dad's funeral out of our hands and into the safe hands of professionals.

Tim was always on the end of the phone for us all and always kept us updated with texts etc. a truly amazing man that I will always be grateful to.

My Dad was in very safe hands.

Tim was excellent in helping my brother and I through the whole process. His experience and caring manner helped guide us through difficult decisions which resulted in the best send off for our Dad we could have hoped for! Nobody wants to be in the position of arranging a funeral but when the time comes I would not hesitate to use Tim Matthews again.

Tim has been absolutely amazing! He listened to what we wanted, advised and helped us, making upsetting arrangements more manageable. He was able to answer any questions we had, at any time, even when he surely must have been ‘out of hours’. We felt he gave us the time we needed whilst making the arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. We more than highly recommend Tim and would never use anyone else. Tim was unbelievably kind, patient and reassuring. He explained each step thoroughly and slowly. I didn't feel rushed into making decisions and he was at the end of the phone if I ever needed to ask a question or felt unsure.  Tim took control for me. He personally liased with the church, florist & printers. I really felt that I was in the best hands as was my husband.

No one wants to arrange a funeral, it just happens to be one of those things that we have to do. When we choose a funeral director, it’s often a quick decision made in the emotion of the moment and we just pray it turns out ok. 
Well, look no further than Tim. He was amazing, he organised everything just as we wanted it and he simplified the whole process. 
We can’t thank him enough for his kindness, his patience, and his ability to just know what to say and what to do, to support us. 
We wouldn’t let anyone else do a funeral for us in the future, it just wouldn’t be the same experience. We are thankful that the choice we made turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! 
Tim, you’re a marvel - thanks for looking after Mum for us, and for taking us under your wing and looking after the whole family.
