Tim is amazing. He quietly gets everything sorted out, basically taking control, which is so important under difficult and emotional circumstances. He's also a genuinely nice guy! Highly recommended.

Tim was professional and listened to us from the first time we contacted him and throughout the process of arranging our father’s funeral. He allowed us to take our time in how we wanted the ceremony and never pressured us at any time but was like an  old sympathetic friend showing empathy and compassion. Thank you Tim and your colleagues for your support in giving our father the best send off, he would have loved it. Tim and his team are wonderful, they are sympathetic, empathic and showed my father the greatest respect after he passed away.

Tim appreciated what a difficult time it was for us after losing my father who was very much loved by us all, but he was on hand at all hours of the day and night to make sure that we were coping and to deal with my fathers arrangements, nothing was ever too much trouble for Tim.

My fathers service went without a hitch and those that attended all said what a beautiful service it was, none of which would have been possible without Tim and his team with us every step of the way and for that we cant thank him enough.

From my first call to Tim until the end of the funeral I experienced nothing but care and patience from him. Phone calls were answered by him...always, and that was so nice.
I whole-heartedly recommend Tim. There is nothing he could have done better.

My wife and myself met Tim at Rose villa care home as we were both working there, we found Tim to be a very gentle and caring man who is very easy to get on with.
When my late nephew passed it was Tim that took care of his funeral and done so amazingly.
Then Tim arranged my wife’s sister’s again he did a tremendous job.
When my wife recently became terminally ill my wife mentioned, you know who I want you to arrange my funeral, I said of course I do, Tim.
Tim carried out my wife funeral with care, dignity and respect and goes above and beyond to make sure that things go as smooth as possible, with as little stress as possible.
If you reading this you probably have a lot to think about at this time, all I can say is  call Tim Mathews I promise you won’t regret it.

I would definitely recommend this family run business to everyone. The care and attention to detail they provided was excellent. The staff were so helpful and always there for me. It was the first and saddest funeral I’ve had to arrange but they made the whole process so easy to sort, everything was arranged for me stress free and very professional.

Tim brought a very personal and family-orientated approach to the arrangements for my beautiful wife, Sharon. I have never had to arrange a funeral before and Tim made everything very straightforward with a calmness and sensitivity throughout which brought great comfort to us as a family. From bringing Sharon home to the day of the funeral itself, Tim and his team dealt with matters seamlessly, taking away as much of the potential stress as possible for us. It was as 'nice' a day as it could possible have been for us to properly say our farewells.

Tim was the most considerate , kind and helpful man always quick to respond in a thorough and supportive manner . Time never appeared to be an issue  in terms of how long we spent meeting or talking in response to a query I might raise  . Changing our minds on things which we did was never an issue . He introduced me to a fabulous florist and amazingly kind and empathic celebrant . I would highly recommend him .
