Eric Day (16 Oct 1941 - 18 Nov 2023)

In loving memory of our very special Dad who sadly passed away on 18th November 2023.

He was such a brave man who laughed through the tears and somehow managed to smile through the pain, telling his jokes when he was able, to put a smile on our faces too. Whilst we miss him dearly, he is finally at peace with the love of his life, our dear Mum. Soulmates reunited.

All are welcome to attend Dad’s funeral, but if you are not able to attend in person there will also be a live-link available to watch the ceremony on the day. Please contact me if you would like these details.

Dad spent his final days under the fantastic care of The Wisdom Hospice, Rochester, where he finally received the care and attention he deserved. As such, and if you feel you would like to, we are asking for donations to The Wisdom Hospice in lieu of flowers.

After the ceremony, we will be making our way back to the Six Bells pub in Cliffe, from 12pm onwards to raise a glass to our dear Dad and hopefully share fond memories. All are welcome to attend.
