T Allen from the outset have been fantastic, from collecting my mum when she passed at home, meetings held, correspondence, answering all concerns,explaining the entire process, arranging 80% of all requirements and advising on the remaining 20%. Nothing is to much trouble and the respect on the day is exceptional. I would recommend them 100% to all as they make the whole process and experience a lot less stressful

We had used T Allen a few years ago for both my Nan and grandad’s funeral service but this was the first time that I was making arrangements with them myself. The service was for my dad and (as you can imagine) making the arrangements for his service was a very alien concept. Initially meeting with Sarah, she very gently guided me through the initial steps and made notes of things to consider for the service. This was very helpful as it made the basis of a checklist to work from. Glenys was extremely helpful with further arrangements and took the time to make sure that all minor details and points of clarification were sorted. The funeral car was nice, clean and the pallbearers all smart, polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend T Allen Strood to arrange a funeral service should it be needed. They made a difficult job a little easier. Thank you to all the team.
