Glenys was very kind and compassionate to me and my wife when we visited your Strood office to arrange my Mother's funeral. She kept us informed with the arrangements.

On the day of the funeral Mark was very attentive and supportive and helped a difficult occasion to run very smoothly.

TAllen’s team were so professional, kind, thoughtful and helpful to the family, nothing was too much. The respect they showed to my late Dad and the family demonstrated a depth of understanding of the pain the family is enduring. Both prior to the funeral and the day of the funeral made us feel they truly cared how important the goodbye needed to be to help the family process their grief. From the initial point of contact until completion of the day itself, the staff were compassionate, understanding and unbelievably professional. They would ring to make sure we were okay during the build up to the day, helped with other contacts and on the day itself even called to let us know the flowers etc had all arrived. The staff who made up the funeral procession were kind, extremely courteous and respectful.

Glenys in particular was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She explained everything beautifully to us and made sure everything we wanted was listened to and put into place. When seeing my father in the chapel of rest, Glenys was very supportive and made sure we knew what to expect, she was very open and honest. I could not imagine using another funeral directors. The gentlemen on the day were also absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind and supportive. They were beyond professional. Thank you all at T Allen.
