Brilliant customer service. Especially as the family lived in Devon and therefore everything had to be done over the phone or via email rather than the initial conversation being face to face. Maggie was very helpful in discussing all the options. Rachel was great, ringing the day before to clarify a few things and then on the day she was invaluable and so lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better send off or a better team to do it.

Right from the very start Magaret (Maggie) Ball could not have been more helpful. Maggie took me through all the stages (we talked on the phone a lot and when we had finished Maggie sent all the information to me in an e-mail). Things that I thought were not possible on the day Maggie and Rachel (Royal Wootton Bassest which is where the hearst came from even though I booked the funeral via Chippenham) they both made things happen.The service was exceptional and it was just what Margaret Maria Gees wanted. Maggie took care of all the paperwork right from the very beginning as we live 90 miles away. Thank you every one involved for making our day special it will always be remembered and we would have no hesitation in using your services again.

Maggie made contact and we immediately warmed to her caring compassionate manner. She kept us updated and listened to our requests. She wanted it to be a personal funeral for Mum. It certainly was.
