Pools were fantastic again, and this is the second time I've used them. Everything on the day went as well as expected, without any hitches, and communication throughout the difficult time was excellent. All costs were transparent and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

I don't often leave reviews, good or bad but on this occasion I feel that although Sheila and Mark probably think they were just doing their job, it felt like that they went above and beyond organising my mums funeral. They were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for my family and I. At such a very difficult time and not knowing the process, it was reassuring they had everything in hand and I didn't have to worry about anything. They provided an exemplary service and should be commended on how professional yet sympathetic and caring they were. I can not thank you enough

From the initial stage of planning the funeral to the day it took place I felt totally supported by Pool's of Wetherby funeral care. Everything was discussed fully and with respect and sympathy. I never felt pressured in any way in what for me were difficult times. I was kept up to date by phone of any changes and any changes I wanted to make were done immediately. Everything was carried out with such care and the funeral day went without a hitch. Pools kindly arranged my Mums funeral. We were very grateful for their help. We appreciated their friendly and relatively informal engagement with us  whist respecting  the needs of the occasion. They were helpful with ideas, modest with charges and  timely helping when requested. Very reassuring that Pools delivered to high standards.
