I was so so happy with the service you provided from the moment I stepped through your door, to the moment you dropped us off at my mum's celebration. Jack, in your Moortown office for someone so young was so understanding and helpful with all the arrangements. He answered questions before I'd even asked them. David who was with us on the day was also excellent, he came to my home to meet me before the day and was also understanding. You did everything you possibly could to make our day run exactly the way we wanted it to and you did. I would like to thank you for all your help, caring and understanding during that difficult time.
