First class service from Rob & Sue all the way through the process, making the funeral of my mum pass very smoothly.
A slight problem at the service with the omission of a poem but nothing to dwell on, and not the fault of Rob / Sue.

Rob and sue made us feel at ease and guided us through everything including the bespoke coffin which was full of pictures of his family and everyone commented how lovely it was nothing was too much trouble

The service we received from Otley Co-op Funeralcare was excellent. Rob, Sue and Janine were all kind, patient and very professional. The respect they showed towards mum and towards the family made me feel happy to put such an important day in their hands. I felt supported throughout the process and the funeral itself was moving and right.
