Just wanted to thank you for the help and support you gave me planning my husband Tony’s funeral. I am pleased to say that it was perfect and Caroline gave a first class service with attention to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble. It was extremely important for us to have our young daughters involved as much as possible and Caroline's understanding and advice was priceless.

The family were very impressed by Caroline at the Moortown branch Leeds. She helped and guided us through the whole process which made making some of the decisions much easier.
Overall we were very pleased with the service and customer care given throughout the planning and actual funeral service. I would not hesitate to recommend Co-op Leeds.

Caroline Kelly was very professional and caring with all the arrangement for my wife's funeral on the 1st of July 2022. She kept in touch with me at every stage, and even though my wife had passed away, she cared about how she was being cared for.
I don't recollect the name of the funeral director on the day. But he acted, along with his staff in a very professional and dignified way, and was very helpful on the day, in making my wife's funeral go smoothly.

The Co-op has been the funeral director of choice for my family since my grandfather worked for the grocery side of the business in the 1940s and their service has always been exceptional. Everything went without a hitch, we were kept informed and supported every step of the way and everyone was kind, comforting and caring. Thank you.

Disappointed with the flowers.  Not what we ordered, cost more than double what we agreed to - and to cap it all they were old and had to be thrown away the day after.  My father’s flowers lasted 3 weeks!  Very disappointed. We are in the process of receiving a refund.  Doesn’t make up for not having the memory we had of Dad for 3 weeks after the funeral.
