It was the perfect funeral - as I knew it would be having arranged funerals before with the Co-op before - the flowers and wicker basket were perfect, the celebrant was the right choice and the director with his assistants were quietly reverent and helpful without being intrusive. The families heartfelt thanks for the funeral we wanted and needed for John.

Coop funeral care at Moortown we’re simply outstanding!

Caroline Kelly in the office has the perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. We felt completely safe in her hands.  She was a remarkable person.

Darren Goldsmith was the lead fiuneral director.  He kept in touch, was masterful in his conduct of a team and deeply respectful for us all.

Andrew and Martin helped us perform and ritual wash and dressing of my father at the central office Templegate.  This was quite an intense time for me. These guys were slick operators, excellent in their job and so careful with Dad.

I recognise that they will all say they are just doing their job. However, in my professional and personal view, you can do your job at a basic or amazing level. Dealing with a bereaved family is not easy.  But the care this team has shown us,  their attention to detail and service delivery was exemplary.  They were human and professional.

Great source of comfort at a sad time.  Thank you
