The staff were very professional and kind. We had a call every few days checking we were all ok. You took away what was a very stressful time for our family and made it easy to cope with .we said what we wanted and you delivered fully. I can't thank coop funeral care at whitkirk enough for all the kindness they have shown. The service has been exceptional, from the initial guidance in selecting the right funeral for my dad.. to the weekly telephone calls to check on my mum and I during this difficult time. This was a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I felt like my dad was in safe hands.

From the first time we contacted the Whitkirk branch until the ashes were returned I cannot express how kind, thoughtful, courteous, friendly, understanding all the staff were towards our family. They treated us as if we were their only client, a member of staff kept us in the loop and updated us at every opportunity, called us on a Friday and again on the Monday just to ensure all was well and we were coping. Those kind words was just what we needed on this sad occasion.

Coop funeral care have been excellent whilst taking care of my grandad from start to finish, they are so caring and really listen to what you want.
