I could not ask any more as they were just excellent from
First day to the funeral its self the staff was very professional and kind to me and on the day of my wife's
Funeral .
They went above and beyond they have done so much for me I can't thank them enough for ever thing they have done .
I was so happy i went to them as they have different
Price packages for me i was expecting £4-5000.
I was wrong nothing like that.

On every visit to the funeral care I was looked after I was looked after with sympathy and all details were agreed without any fuss. The funeral was conducted so professionally. Helen, our funeral director was amazing and carried out duties so professionally. She looked after me and my family at a time of great difficulty and explained all the events before they happened so that we were fully aware of the timetable. She could not have done more.

Every port of contact was amazing. What lovely understanding staff. It was a lovely surprise that the funeral director Helen and her team turned up with emerald green cravats that matched my blouse (which I wore in honour of my Irish father-in-law). Catherine made a stressful time - having to move the funeral as my mother-in-law broke her hip. We cannot thank you enough

I would like to thank Helen and her team at Middleton branch for showing my Jeffrey the respect and care he deserved throughout the whole process. At the crematorium you bowed to him wherever his coffin lay be it in the car or in the church, that touched me dearly Helen. The staff at coop Middleton (Catherine & Helen) were wonderful. Professional, helpful and supportive. 
The caring and compassionate approach toward my grandad from the moment he was collected from home by two lovely gentleman to him being lowered into his final resting place was exceptional. My family and I really appreciated everything.

A wonderful and respectful service from Helen and her team. The staff in the office were pleasant, easy to talk to and nothing was a problem. On the day of the funeral, the service its self went smoothly and Helen was respectful of the timings of the day. The team on the day looked immaculate, the limo was very clean, and the staff carried out their roles with professionalism. A fantastic service, thank you Helen.

I was obviously in a bad way as I'd just lost my husband, but I needed of worried about the funeral arrangements as Catherine and Philip at Middleton branch looked after everything. Many of our family have gone with co op and I'm planning to book and pay for mine very soon with them. Only trouble with that is that I have to go to Morley store to organise it.

Coop funeral care were very friendly..helpful and professional from start to finnish...assistance with planning the funeral ..ie. final farewell at Chapel of rest ...doing the ulogy and service at the crematorium..all staff involved were professional..helpfull and there when needed...I would like to thank them for helping to make the day special and one to remember....I'm sure mum would have been very happy knowing her wishes were completed...thankyou
