From the very first contact following the death of my Mother the support and comfort given by Moira and her staff at Co op Horsforth was second to none. All the the way through the process we were helped and guided through what would happen and what we needed to do. The actual day of the funeral was conducted with such care and thought it made it very easy to endure. The aftercare also has been superb , as there are processes to get my mums ashes scattered and this has been carried out in the same efficient yet compassionate manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Co op funeral care Horsforth.

I cannot praise the care and support we received from Moria and Debbie on the recent passing of my father. They were professional, but kind and friendly also, to make us feel like we were their only clients. They kept us informed every step of the way leading up to the day of the funeral. Everything was perfect on the day and that was down to planning on their part.

From her first visit and throughout Moira was kind, helpful, informative and very respectful. Debbie was always friendly and willing to help even at short notice. Everything from flowers, order of service to the route of the funeral cortège was arranged fir me taking my wishes into account.  It was very comforting for me to know that my mum was being treated with dignity and respect and that her last wishes were carried out. Nothing was too much trouble  and they made a very sad and stressful time a lot easier.

There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful the team at Horsforth are. My Dad was looked after with dignity and respect from the moment he was taken from his home into their care until we said our final goodbyes.
