From start to finish the Co-op Funeral Service at Horsforth were wonderful. They took such great care with our funeral arrangements. Every member of staff we dealt with was professional, efficient and empathetic.
The staff who assisted at my Mother’s funeral were extremely smartly  dressed and the vehicles were immaculate.
All this made what was a very sad time for us so much easier to deal with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who sadly needs their services.

From the moment we walked through the door and met Debbie it was like part of our grief was taken away. She went above and beyond to help and guide us through mums funeral. She was always on the end of the phone or email, she was amazing. The undertaking staff on the day were also brilliant. Great communication from everyone, the deepest of respect shown to mum and us. I cannot highly recommend this team enough. Thank you so much for all you did for mum and for us as a family.

From the very first contact following the death of my Mother the support and comfort given by Moira and her staff at Co op Horsforth was second to none. All the the way through the process we were helped and guided through what would happen and what we needed to do. The actual day of the funeral was conducted with such care and thought it made it very easy to endure. The aftercare also has been superb , as there are processes to get my mums ashes scattered and this has been carried out in the same efficient yet compassionate manner. I cannot praise the care and support we received from Moria and Debbie on the recent passing of my father. They were professional, but kind and friendly also, to make us feel like we were their only clients. They kept us informed every step of the way leading up to the day of the funeral. Everything was perfect on the day and that was down to planning on their part.
