I cannot praise the team at Co-op Funeralcare, Bramley highly enough. They dealt with my late wife's funeral arrangements in a professional manner whilst still showing that they cared and had understanding and sympathy for me and my children.

Really lovely funeral that was arranged for one of our customers that we support.
He was an avid Dr Who fan and they really helped in making this a funeral that he could look down and that really represented him.
Jacky Simpson funeral arranger was really informative and explained everything that I needed to know and went out of her way to make sure everything was as we needed it
Darren Goldsmith Funeral Director made sure everything went as it should to on the day
Really personable , it is not the first funeral that has been arranged for us by Co Op at Bramley and each time has been a positive , stress free , personable experience

All the staff at Bramley, Darren, William, Jacky, Sharon were absolutely brilliant as was the celebrant Niccie Billingham who Bramley put in contact with me.
They were very kind and looked after me and my family as well as taking great care of my husband Brian. I was kept fully informed right from my first phone call up to and including when Darren brought my husband's ashes home.
The helped me through a difficult time and made everything as easy as they could.
I cannot thank them enough, they were wonderful.

Jacky has helped us through this very difficult time with amazing caring and compassion, nothing was too much trouble and made all the arrangements run very smoothly.
Dad’s funeral was the second one that Jacky has helped us with and she is the reason why we came back to the co-op at The Lawns Bramley.

Most of this was handled very well and the funeral (which was the main thing) went smoothly .I would like to thank the Bramley Branch of Co-op for this.
We chose not to get a cross on the grave and to wait for the headstone. This was not just for the cost but also because it is a grave with 4 people in it and it felt wrong to have the name of just one person.
We noticed the cross, at the funeral, at the side of the open grave and when I queried it a few days later, we were told it was a mistake and we did not have to pay. We decided to leave it.
The administration side was shambolic with us being told things and then them being changed. I was told the original estimate would cover everything but then we received a form to check the lettering and the form showed a cost of a further £360 for the lettering on the headstone. It worked out at £5 a letter plus VAT. I was definitely told the bill covered everything because I was even told that each letter was about £3 and this was included in the masonry cost. I did add more letting after the initial appointment, so I did expect a bit more but lettering turned out to be a separate cost!

I felt like I was always having to query things because as the executor I had to account for everything.
I have used Co-op funerals before but not this branch and I was highly satisfied last time!

The funeral director and the staff at Bramley were caring, supportive, professional in all aspects of the arrangements and the actual funeral. Dignified and exactly the service we anticipated. I highly recommend them to deliver a first class service.
