Agincourt funeral Services provided myself myself and my family with unending support both before after and during the funeral arrangements for my late brother.Nothing was to much trouble for them . Frances and Roger were kind, supportive, caring, and professional. They went out of their way, over and beyond in fact, to ensure everything was just right for Mum’s funeral. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us, we would have been lost without them. Frances organised everything with care and dignity and was so friendly and personable nothing was too much trouble. They travelled the length and breadth of West Sussex to find the right resting spot for Mum, there are no words to say how grateful we are to them and all the team. We highly recommend Agincourt to anyone, you won’t get a better service anywhere else.

The couple here where absolutely amazing mainly dealt with Fran nothing was to much hassel we felt totally understood and comfortable. I have recently used Agincourt following my Mum's passing just after Christmas. It's the first funeral that I have had to organise. I live in Turkey and had to arrange everything from there. Fran went above and beyond with the excellent service that she offered and even did some of the running around in the UK on my behalf. I flew back for the funeral last week and everything went smoothly and to plan. Thank you to all at Agincourt for your love and support x

I don’t know where to begin . Both Franses and Roger went above and beyond to help me Nothing was to much trouble. Amazing service,so patient,caring and above all the nicest couple you could wish for at such a sad time . Everything went to perfection on the day from start to finish. Everything was done for me . Communication was fantastic. They even waited up one night so people could veiw my uncle . I really don’t know how to thank them enough for all there kindness. Personal and amazing service. In the last 3 years I have lost a brother andnd sister in the last month. Francis and the whole e team have ensured that they were taken care with dignity and ensured everything was sorted fo us form the sad passing to finality of the funerals. Every nuance and every detail was taken care of by Agincourt. The best customer service I have seen in any industry. Very respectful with a personal touch.  It was pre-paid 2 years before needed and Francis still remembered every detail including my name when I called back. They provided such a caring personal service for us as a family and looked after my Mum beautifully, from start to finish. Everything was done so professionally but with a very personal touch. The drivers/pole bearers were superb on the day and respected my mum to the very end.
