All aspects of the funeral arrangements for my late Father were handled with kindness, patience, sensitivity, professionalism, and a real attention to detail by each member of the Cooperative FuneralCare that we encountered. I can't talk highly enough of the service received.

From the moment I walked through the door I found both staff very professional and I felt at ease, I was not sure what I wanted as regards the kind of funereal my sister would have liked, as she was unable to speak. Their excellent advice and help, gave me confidence to plan a perfect funeral, at times I felt they knew my sister, nothing was too much trouble, they also suggested who I could use to conduct the service and contacted the perfect Celebrant, Rev. Melanie Sopp. On the day of the funeral I was contacted by Nadine Callander to say she would be looking after us and explained to me exactly the order of events for that afternoon. Everything ran perfectly , I know it's a strange thing to say, but I left the crematorium feeling happy, thank's to the co-operative funeral are Coventry and their perfect staff.
