Yvonne was fantastic from the first time we contacted her at Coseley. Nothing was too much trouble. There were phone calls & emails from Yvonne checking that everything was going to plan prior to the funeral. Even helping with The Order Of Service. On the day everything went according to plan. Halliwells did a wonderful job with Moms funeral, as they did with Dads four years ago. Going to see Yvonne to sort everything out was like going to see a friend, she treated us with the utmost compassion and advised us on everything, making what is one of the saddest occasions a far more easier experience.
