We came across C.M Funeral services by chance when our mother passed away as they are a local business and we are chuffed to bits we did
From the first phone call with Chris we were in safe hands he guided us through the process with a professional touch what was second to none he has a special quality that makes you feel at ease during one of the most difficult times in our lives
He came out to see us and go through the details without trying to push any agenda he has a natural professional attitude to his profession he sorted everything out from the casket to the flowers and the music plus the order of service and even sorted an excellent celebrant called Tracey he sat with us and the price he quoted was far cheaper than we expected with no hidden extras guaranteed and no matter how many times we altered the service he did it without question
Chris even past my mother's house and got out and walked the hearse down her street so her friends and neighbours could pay their respects
The day of the funeral went without a hitch and I would like to finish by thanking Chris from the bottom of our hearts for his first class service and we would not hesitate to recommend his services thank you Chris

Mr Walker delivered a fantastic service for my dad’s funeral. He was very interested to hear of my father’s life and listened to the service and eulogies. He put us in touch with a lovely lady to deliver the eulogy. He also organised live streaming for my niece who lives in Qatar. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I would highly recommend this firm. As the deceased my wife's Aunt lived in Washington and all the family stayed in Scotland we relied on their advice and support throughout the whole procedure. Chris in particular was excellent he organised everything down to the last detail. On the day of the cremation his staff and himself carried of the ceremony with great dignity.

Cm walkers were very good all the way from my mother dyingright up till and after the funeral. Very good with advice. Very affordable. Real gentlemen. Friendly. It was important to me that the director I used was expert in dealing with a modern covid safe funeral. This was the case and Chris more than met my expectations. It was a fair price and everything I wanted was included such as flowers, order of service, a limousine, a minister or humanist of your choice and everything else you would expect. A truly professional service and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend.

With no notice at all and based on Google reviews we quickly selected CM Walkers above that of a national brand to take care of my Mam. Chris advised his team would be there within 2 hours which they were and took her under their care.
Chris’s support and guidance to the family has been amazing and went above that of the expectations which we believed were possible. He helped to arrange the service, cars and flowers to which we are eternally grateful.
Chris is a great guy and helped settle nerves on what is obviously a hard time for the family. His team at the service were accommodating and very professional and although i would ideally never need to use his services again i would have no hesitation and would highly recommend him.
Thanks again for everything Chris and for us it was great to meet you at such a hard time and also help to support local businesses.
