We lost our father just before Christmas, my parents fortunately had a funeral plan in place, from start to finish I can't prays the undertakers enough so professional and understanding, absolutely brilliant thank you so much.

The service we have received at the most difficult times has been seamless with the team at Eddie Tuckers in Killay. After receiving the call in the early hours of Sunday 19th November to say Dad had passed and the next call from his care home( at 6:30) to say had we chosen a funeral home?  We were at a loss. I found the number for Eddies and within the hour , We had a call to say he had been collected, within 2 hours we had a call from Steve to say he was with him in Llansamelet and he was safe and comfortable. These words of comfort were priceless. On Monday morning at a loss of what to do, we arrived at the office to be told we were about to be rung ( having been given time to prepare ourselves) We liaised and were looked after with the greatest sympathy. With numerous calls between then and the funeral, Barry and his team turned up at the house( bringing Dad home for the first time in 3 years) At the crematorium we were not rushed but guided . A phone call the following day to say Dads remains had been collected. Every step of this process has been carried out with the utmost care and respect. Thanks to everyone who has supported us at this most difficult time.
