Was handled very sensitively and tastefully. All our requests were fully implemented. Grace was amazing and we couldn’t have wished for better care and attention for my late father and the family present. Molly was lovely to us on the day itself. It’s not a service you happily recommend, however, our family have used and will continue to only use your company for these occasions.

Firstly thank you so much for everything that you guys have done for our family, you have all been so amazing to deal with, it is so sad that we have had to use your services for my little brother Scott in the past and now our Dad Max, but you have made ours's and Max's journey so much easier at such a hard and sad time for us. Grace from the first moment we met her in Godstone has been absolutely amazing, she stopped, and I believe prioritised us to help with our loss and situation, she listened and understood, she was unbelievably empathetic, compassionate and understanding – honestly she was just so fantastic, even giving us her personal mobile number so we could call as things came into and minds and changed with Max's situation, and I/We as a family thank her from the bottom of our hearts for helping us with Max. We always knew he would be in good hands and cared for from the hospital to being with Scott. Grace thank you for your help with the coroner, and for ensuring as best that you could that we were able to lay Max to rest with Scott whilst I was still in the country. Grace you were wonderful at every turn, and we know that our loss of Max effected you also. Chris - thank you for leading the service and procession, I know Max would have felt privileged to have you do so. From the Coppers and Robbers - Thank you Grace and the team at Stoneman's (if you would like me to write a shorter testimonial / review that is more succinct, I would absolutely be more than happy to.
