I am so very glad we chose Rosedales to support us with our mum's celebration of life and burial. Faith has been amazing in her support, advice and taking all the stress out of a very emotional experience. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so obvious they cared about mum. She was treated with dignity and respect and we as family were supported so well. As a result we were able to give mum the best end to this part of her journey. At the most heartbreaking time, Faith and her superb team at Rosedales worked their magic to produce the most loving and heartfelt service, all seemingly effortless, but a lot of work put in with nothing too much trouble. Thank you all so very much. It was everything I could have wished for with the day being filled with so much love and care. It has brought me comfort during my grief.

Faith was very helpful, cheerful, considerate and excellent in everything she did for me.
Kevin and his helpers were also very correct, polite and helpful. They were smart and carried out their duties beautifully.
I would use them all again and will recommend them to everyone.
The Beccles people however were not at all helpful to my friend who wished to see my brother. They messed her about so much she was not able to see him. Disgraceful. P.Harrild

Rosedales arranged the funeral of my neighbour, when there was no family available.  The service given was thoroughly professional and communication was excellent, resulting in the lady’s final wishes being carried out. Even the flowers and order of service were to a very high standard and the attendants on the day were skilled and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosedales to someone needing assistance at a very difficult time.

Faith Ames at Rosedale Halesworth is amazing. At the most difficult traumatic time , she was so empathetic and showed such compassion to our family. Helping us through every step of the way and helping us all with options and possibilities without pressuring to make decisions instantly. She took control in making it as stress free as possible. We as a family can’t thank Faith and all the staff at Rosedale enough for their sensitivity and kindness at a very dark time. Rosedale handled everything with kindness, all the staff were amazing and totally professional in every single way. We totally recommend them , they are very clearly a family business which makes all the difference and they treat your loved one like their own. Losing someone you love so much is so painful and Rosedale helped make it more bearable. Thankyou
