Our Dad sadly passed away on the 14th November , we didn't have a clue where to start , On the Monday we rang a few places and gladly now we got hold of Jennifer Ashe and Son's . Claire talked us through the process and we instantly felt hugged and comforted . She did everything required ,led us through the choices , what we wanted and gave us time to think , I must of rung and messaged her a dozen times or more and nothing was to much trouble . We as a family felt confident that dad would have the funeral he would of wanted . All the staff we spoke to were very calming , I lost it in the chapel of rest but Richard quickly grabbed my issue and picked me up again . The funeral went exactly to plan , the cars were impeccable and the staff turned out immaculate, I never had it in my mind that one day we would be going through this trauma and grief , but thanks to Jennifer Ashe and son's it turned out to be a special last day for my dad We can't recommend them enough, from start to finish we were at ease knowing they were in full control . Thank you from the Grant / Heydon family

Having arranged many funerals over the years we have never been treated with so much respect and dignity! Nothing was too much trouble for the guys we dealt with at Hednesford. Claire arranged most of the funeral for us and was very welcoming and reassuring when we met her. Richard conducted the funeral on the day and very kindly called us on the morning of the funeral to check we were all okay and to ask if we needed anything, we can’t thank you guys enough for all you did !

Everything was perfect. Claire looked after us and she was very supportive at what was a stressful time for us as a family. On the day of the funeral everything went off as we wanted it. The cars were beautiful and the gentlemen who were with us were lovely and very supportive too. We couldn’t of asked for better
