Our Dad sadly passed away on the 14th November , we didn't have a clue where to start , On the Monday we rang a few places and gladly now we got hold of Jennifer Ashe and Son's . Claire talked us through the process and we instantly felt hugged and comforted . She did everything required ,led us through the choices , what we wanted and gave us time to think , I must of rung and messaged her a dozen times or more and nothing was to much trouble . We as a family felt confident that dad would have the funeral he would of wanted . All the staff we spoke to were very calming , I lost it in the chapel of rest but Richard quickly grabbed my issue and picked me up again . The funeral went exactly to plan , the cars were impeccable and the staff turned out immaculate, I never had it in my mind that one day we would be going through this trauma and grief , but thanks to Jennifer Ashe and son's it turned out to be a special last day for my dad We can't recommend them enough, from start to finish we were at ease knowing they were in full control .
