Particular thanks to Claire and Richard who both made my dads day amazing. From the moment we walked in Claire made us feel so relaxed and guided us through everything. On the day of the funeral we could not of asked for anyone better than Richard he was absolutely second to none!!

Claire and all the staff were amazing in guiding us through it all step by step and making a tough time less stressful 
My grandfather was given the best send off he could have
Unfortunately we needed them again only 3 months after the passing of my grandfather for my Nan so it was personal for them as they had met her and spent time with her
Again she was given the upmost care and the vibrant flowers we asked for were amazing 
Steve was fantastic as a celebrant and you really felt like he got their personalities down to a tee
Can’t thank you all enough for everything you done 
And would have no trouble recommending them

The service from the Minister was spot on and everyone who attended said what a beautiful ceremony it was. Myself and family couldnt thank you all enough. Where do we start I cannot thank Jennifer Ashe and sons for the outstanding service we received from the team after the sad death of our father George on June 6th. The care they have shown the family goes above and beyond anything we could of expected, absolutely amazing first class and we can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend anyone to use their services and we will definitely be a family that does for sure.

My dealings with Jennifer Ashe over my mother's recent funeral were efficient, caring, helpful and respectful at all times. Joe Evan's was particularly patient and calm. Costs were upfront and explained in detail. Any changes were dealt with without problems. The celebrant chosen was Sara Jinks who again was efficient and calm. A funeral is such a personal and emotional time. Jennifer Ashe and sons dealt with it in a manner that was just right, I would have no problems in recommending them or using them again should the need arise.

The passing of my partner "Bid" was totally unexpected and this was the first time I have had to organise a funeral.

Claire at the Hednesford branch was totally professional and had a very caring nature on the lead up to Bid's funeral.
On the day of the funeral the hearse went via Finning so friends and colleagues could pay their respects to Bid. Richard the funeral director held my hand walking in front of the hearse, I couldn't have done that without you. Thank you. Martyn Jinks who spoke about Bid at the crematorium was fabulous. So much so, attendees of the service were asking me if Martyn knew Bid personally. I would highly recommend using Jennifer Ashe and Son's services.

I would just like to say that Clare at Hednesford branch made a difficult job much easier for us when dealing with mums funeral.  
She was very informative and guided us through a task that i had never had to deal with before.  She dealt with my request for mums flowers to be spring posies rather than the usual wreath type arrangement, they were commented on by everyone so thanks to Claudine Florists for those.
I would like to thank Luke, who looked after us on the day, he rang on the morning to make sure where we wanted the flowers to be placed, he introduced himself at the crematorium and made us feel so secure in that we knew exactly what to do, and continued this after the service was at an end and we were  back outside.
All in all,  a difficult day was made bearable by these wonderful people, Thank you all so much.

They are very kind, caring, and professional from the time they have to take your loved one into their care.

We have just recently used Jennifer Ashe and Son and I'm so thankful we went with them. From start to finish, I cannot fault them. Claire was fantastic all the way through, so kind and caring, there wasn't anything too much for them. Luke, the funeral director on the day was also fantastic, he really helped us make the day go as smoothly as it did. The whole process was made that little bit easier and that was down to these guys. Thank you for being so respectful and caring both towards my Grandad in your care and to my family saying goodbye.
