Having to deal with my mums funeral, from scratch, with no experience planning a funeral before I was so out of my depth! Wickersley funeral care we’re amazing! I felt they actually cared and it wasn’t just “ another funeral” for them. Each and every member of Staff we dealt with were amazing! I can’t thank them enough for all they did for mum from start to finish! All the little details I wanted for mum, they made them happen! They made such a hard time in my life so much easier! Thanks to Graham who goes above and beyond in his duty you are just wonderful, respectful and an absolute credit to your co op team! Thanks again for everything you did for us as a family. This has been a long process following our mum’s unexpected death on Boxing Day. The Co-op at Wickersley have been with us ever step, especially Ann Marie. They are so caring and compassionate checking in all the way through and offering advice. Having a direct cremation I did wonder if we would get a lesser service but most definitely not. We even got a call the day after the service to check if we needed anything else. Cannot praise the whole team enough.

I find this slightly insensitive so close to the cremation. However everything seems to have gone well and no over contact was appreciated. Everything seems to have gone smoothly. Thank you

The Co-op Wickersley Funeral Care were fantastic from start to finish. They provided everything we needed for my mum's recent funeral & were always there to guide & support us. Even after the funeral we received phone calls to ensure we were alright & if we needed anything from them. We should in particular thank Jacinta, in the office, & Graeme, the funeral director. Thank you.

We were really impressed with the service provided by the Wickersley Branch of the Co-op Funeral Care. The off-site and Office staff were first class and we could not have wished for a more polite, sensitive and dedicated group of people to assist us through the various stages and especially Graham who oversaw the final proceedings at the Crematorium.
