Warren and all the staff at Parkinsons provided an excellent,professional but most of all a caring compassionate service. All my family have used Parkinsons funeral services for years,Don a previous director of the company now retired attended my father's funeral. They did everything I requested and nothing was too much trouble. They opened the chapel of rest out of hours so myself and other family members could spend as much time as we could with our beloved cherished father. They say nothing is perfect but where Parkinsons are concerned perfect is the word me and my family describe them.

I received exceptional service from Warren and all his staff. I didn't have to worry about anything; he took care of everything and kept me updated all the time, but most of all he was very caring and thoughtful. Cant thank you all enough.

J Parkinson & Sons were fantastic throughout the entire process, being both caring and professional. Warren in particular who handled most of the direct contact with my family was excellent. The only issue which occurred was one set of flowers not being ordered due to a clerical mix up, but we understand accidents happen, and no attempt was made by Warren to dismiss the issue or make excuses, the mistake was owned and rectified as far as possible.
