The team, from Ron and Angela to the celebrant, Louise Bradley were incredibly supportive, caring and sensitive to the impact our losing our second parent. I cannot praise them enough. D H McCabes of Thurnscoe were extremely helpful and took away all the stress and worry which made for a perfect funeral. All the staff involved were kind courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff at the thurnscoe branch are absolutely amazing. They kept in contact through the process and kept us up to date with everything. We went to visit Barbara in the chapel of rest and she looked lovely. On the day of the funeral Ron the director came on to the street to make sure all was ok for when they arrived, the drivers were all lovely and kind and all had smiles on there faces through the time they were with us. The day was just perfect thank you so much

From the start of the process to taking my late father into Coop care to the fantastic help Lynn was at the Thurnscoe office to the very professional way that Funeral Director Holly acted on the day was second to non. I recommend D H MacCabe 100%.

Let me start by saying I have never had to organise a funeral myself before. MacCabe's have been amazing from start to finish. They are professional but very friendly and took all the strain out of it for me. Lyn was so kind and gave me all the knowledge I needed and Ron was just brilliant. They are very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to give a special mention to Louise who took dad's service. That lady was amazing, she read dad's eulogy just perfectly. She couldn't have read it any better if she'd have been a family member and known Dad personally. I would highly recommend MacCabe's.

Very professional & caring. Their optional support services greatly relieve the burden of tying up all the loose ends.
We have used D.H. MacCabes several times previously for family funerals and they have all been faultless.
