The care and compassion shown from the beginning of the process to the day of the funeral was excellent. To have Lyndsey as a point of contact made the whole process much easier than I expected and I wasn’t made to feel that any request was an inconvenience. I was guided through the whole process and I was never left wondering what needed to be done or if everything was covered as Lyndsey was extremely thorough and caring. Thank you for making a difficult situation that little bit more bearable.
