Kath very carefully went through all the planning details and ensured that we had the kind of send off that we thought was appropriate for my Dad. we were kept well informed throughout and Kath and the team dealt well with any changes /requests that we made after the initial planning meeting. The day went according to plan and all members of the team were helpful, supportive and sympathetic. Thanks to all for making a difficult situation as smooth as possible.
