This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Margaret and Andrew at Co op funeral care were excellent. Nothing was a bother for them. Margaret was so helpful in utting our mind at ease and helping us to make the right choices for my dad's funeral. Kept us up to date at what stage we were at looked after us well on the final day. Margaret and Andrew [Larkhall] were superb. Such great care was taken by both and made a difficult time less difficult. Margaret’s approach is a ‘way of being’ that can’t be taught, she was accommodating, super friendly and helpful. Andrew’s approach on the day was respectful and I know my mum would have appreciated his due diligence and his actions. Margaret arranged for Julie Reede to celebrate our mum on the day and she did just that. Julie spoke on such a way that you would be forgiven to think she knew my mum. What a team!
