From our first contact with the office we received nothing but  exemplary care and service. Thank you so much to Mari, Elma and the team in Ayr.
It is obviously a stressful time and I was full of anxiety as to whether everything would go to plan- would the flowers be there- would the music be correct etc etc. On the day everything went absolutely like clockwork and we couldn’t have wished for anything better. 
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

The services provided by Co-Op funeralcare very much met our requirements. Losing a loved one is difficult enough and really didn’t know where to start with organising my fathers funeral, however the team at Maybole branch were very supportive and a special mention for Elma. She dealt with all my questions and queries in a polite and sensitive manner and was professional throughout. Alex Dunlop, also called prior to the day to run through things which really lessened our worries and anxieties for the day. They sorted the piper for us too which really was a special touch. The service provided by The Co-Operative Funeral Care was excellent throughout. Neither my brother nor I had organised a funeral before and the staff in the Maybole branch was always on hand to explain and offer us the choices to allow us to pay our respects in a fitting way.
