Michael and his team were a so professional in looking after my brother who died suddenly in March. Nothing was too much trouble and keeping in contact with them was easy.
When it came to handing over the ashes they went above and beyond to make sure that my brothers ashes were handed over to with us with complete respect.

The most wonderful help, guidance and kindness from Mark Robson who navigated me through every step of our direct cremation for Simon.
Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered swiftly. Professional yet personal, he made me feel like he was an old friend giving advice and comfort through a sad time.
Although we are located miles away he made me feel totally involved, and that distance wasn't a problem.
We now have our Simon home for a scattering of his ashes, and I can't thank Mark enough.
Thoroughly recommend.

I can not thank mark enough. From the first point of contact to the last he was absolutely amazing. So kind, thoughtful and took care of everything. No one likes a funeral but as funerals go mark helped us say our goodbyes with the up most respect and care. Direct funerals allowed us to make our goodbyes intimate and personal taking all the fuss and worry away.

I contacted South west cremations to organise the cremation of my wife who passed away suddenly. I was put in contact with Orlando, and as I didn’t think I would be able to talk about the details over the phone, Orlando arranged everything via email, he was very quick to reply to any questions I may have had in a professional, yet sympathetic manner. The service was of the highest standard, and whilst it is a service nobody wants, to know that there are still firms that offer such compassion in what are very different times is a Godsend. I will use Southwest cremations when my time comes.

I'm so pleased I found and used this company for my Father's funeral, having never experienced bereavement or planning of a funeral before I had no idea what to do, Marie and Orlando were so helpful and knowledgeable to guide me through every detail, they are genuine, caring, natural, professional and very compassionate people. The direct cremation
is what my father wanted and they made it simple not stressful at all.
I felt very alone in the process before I found this company and they instantly made me feel at ease.

At an emotional time, Marie was very understanding and supportive. She couldn't have done more to help us when we realised that we had a situation we didn't know how to deal with. Marie remained calm and assured me all would be ok and helped me through step by step.

We chose the direct cremation option after having look around at different funeral directors and chose southwest cremation s as they were one of the few who had the option to see my brother in a chapel which was important to us
Julie was fantastic from start to finish simple explanation of how things work etc .would recommend them to anyone .
