In 2021, Nigel entrusted his business to family funeral directors A.J. Wakely & Sons and after several years of working alongside them, Nigel is enjoying retirement. Irish and Denman continues to offer funeral services in South Petherton under the careful care of Ross Abbott and Matthew Paterson.

Irish and Denman gave a first class service. They could not have been more helpful or more understanding both on the day of the service and in the run up to it. They were very responsive to all our requests and got all the details exactly as we wanted them. They could not have been better and delivered everything at a very reasonable cost.
