Ross and Jude were so kind and understood how vulnerable we were feeling. Between them they guided us through the whole process and supported us to give our Mum the best service. Everything was done at our pace, in our way. We were never made to feel pressured or that our ideas were not right.  Thank you from us all, you are the people we will recommend to others.

On behalf of myself and my family I would thoroughly recommend. Having no previous experience of organising a funeral the help and support from Jude in taking us through all the steps from day one was brilliant and done in a thoughtful, caring and compassionate way. Nothing was too much trouble. For the funeral itself Ross was brilliant, visiting us the day before to go through the process and ensure our wishes had been followed and then organising the day of the funeral perfectly. Sincere thanks to both for helping us through a difficult time.

It’s been three months since my husband’s funeral. A very difficult time but with help, consideration, knowledge and support from both Jude and Ross everything went smoothly and it was an absolutely wonderful send off for Keith, he would have loved it.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them both and the rest of the team to anyone. Truly they are the best in the business and both genuinely kind warm people. I can only thank them from the very bottom of my heart ❤️.
