On behalf of myself and my family I would thoroughly recommend. Having no previous experience of organising a funeral the help and support from Jude in taking us through all the steps from day one was brilliant and done in a thoughtful, caring and compassionate way. Nothing was too much trouble. For the funeral itself Ross was brilliant, visiting us the day before to go through the process and ensure our wishes had been followed and then organising the day of the funeral perfectly. It’s been three months since my husband’s funeral. A very difficult time but with help, consideration, knowledge and support from both Jude and Ross everything went smoothly and it was an absolutely wonderful send off for Keith, he would have loved it.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them both and the rest of the team to anyone. Truly they are the best in the business and both genuinely kind warm people. I can only thank them from the very bottom of my heart ❤️.
