Thank you for all the help and support from your team over the last few weeks during the preparation for my husband, Robert Cole's funeral.

Throughout the organisation we were impressed by your professionalism and kindness. Katie managed the whole process with care and patience, always responding quickly to our questions and calmly gathering the information she needed to ensure the smooth running of his funeral. Robert's funeral was a peaceful and dignified celebration of his life, which included the traditional elements that were important to us all. Katie was clear and supportive when explaining the practical arrangements, and she showed understanding and compassion towards us all - thank you.

From the outset, I was impressed with the compassionate, profesional service that I was offered.
Both my wife and I had/have Golden charter plans,which avoided any financial burden, at a vulnerable time in life.
My initial contact with Robert on the phone and then with James who visited me at home to discuss arrangements were
very satisfactory.
I visited the funeral parlour and met Kate who was lovely and between us we arranged the memorial for my wife, at the funeral parlour in Curry Rival.
This was a small affair , just family and current close friends and everyone who has seen the video that was recorded has commented that it was a fitting tribute to a lovely woman.
I can highly recomend Crescent funeral services.

Very good communication and organisation, especially from Katie who arranged everything. The only issue was at the crematorium as there was another service talking place when we arrived, as I had double booked a double timeslot for my wife's service to ensure that wouldn't happen and the previous one appeared to overrun.

Outstanding. Bex was like talking to a friend, and she was so helpful when dates for the funeral had to be changed.
James and everyone at the crematorium and church were so helpful and patient as mum is in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble, helpful and friendly

The entire team showed outstanding care, compassion, respect and patience. James in particular was incredible. He guided me through the process step by step and gave me confidence in knowing that Mark was being looked after.
