Very good communication and organisation, especially from Katie who arranged everything. The only issue was at the crematorium as there was another service talking place when we arrived, as I had double booked a double timeslot for my wife's service to ensure that wouldn't happen and the previous one appeared to overrun.

Outstanding. Bex was like talking to a friend, and she was so helpful when dates for the funeral had to be changed.
James and everyone at the crematorium and church were so helpful and patient as mum is in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble, helpful and friendly

He guided me through the process step by step and gave me confidence in knowing that Mark was being looked after.
