From the outset, I was impressed with the compassionate, profesional service that I was offered. Both my wife and I had/have Golden charter plans,which avoided any financial burden, at a vulnerable time in life. My initial contact with Robert on the phone and then with James who visited me at home to discuss arrangements were very satisfactory. I visited the funeral parlour and met Kate who was lovely and between us we arranged the memorial for my wife, at the funeral parlour in Curry Rival. This was a small affair , just family and current close friends and everyone who has seen the video that was recorded has commented that it was a fitting tribute to a lovely woman. I can highly recomend Crescent funeral services.
