I cannot thank Tim, Becky and Kayleigh enough for arranging my Mothers funeral. There were a few teething problems, but these were dealt with very quickly. So many people who attended, remarked on what a wonderful service it was. Some were unaware that photos are able to be shown during the service and relatives from all over the world could watch it live online. If asked by anyone, I would highly recommend this company.

The professional way that our mum’s funeral was dealt with was excellent. But it was the personal touches that made it outstanding for us. Nothing was too much trouble, the care that was taken of mum, and the compassion shown to our family is something we will never forget.

Everybody I spoke to was very helpful,polite and respectful.Becky was especially helpful as papers went missing and mistakes made in the registration officers I 
spoke to in two jurisdictions.She made phone calls on my behalf and sorted

Very caring and professional approach to every aspect of planning the funeral. Coffin had to be transported 120 miles away for burial. Very efficient liaison with another Coop funeral branch and, ultimately a very well planned and executed service and committal.
