I could not have received a better or more caring and compassionate service. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was fully explained in detail so I knew exactly what had to be done, when it was going to be done and at what cost. My wife, Christine, was handled and prepared with great dignity and respect and I was consulted at each and every stage. All the work of arranging the funeral was done for me. I made the decisions, explained what I would like and they arranged it all so, on the day of the funeral, I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I was fully consulted at every stage so I knew how and when and in what order events would take place. I really cannot express how grateful I am. The funeral director Mr Lee Morris could not have been better. Many, many thanks to him and his whole team for making a very difficult day run so smoothly.

Pritchards were unbelievably supportive during a horrifically awful time. Everything was explained to me as many times as I needed and I was given the time and help to organise everything at my pace. I will never fully be able to sum up how thankful and grateful I am to Pritchards, who have organised two services for us in six years, but they made a massive difference to the process, the service and the aftermath of organising a funeral. They are caring, compassionate, kind and went far above their duties in order to support me at an awful time.
