Very impressed and pleased by the service offered by Lee Morris and Pritchard & Sons. Lee was one of the first people I spoke to when a family member passed and he guided me through a huge amount of the process. They check everything with you - suggesting things, giving you options but also giving you space and time to think.
This included going some distance out of the area to collect my loved one which they were only too happy to do. 
They put in a huge amount of work in the prep of the day and helped guide us through things on the day itself.
They helped source a coffin, suggested outline costs, weren't at all pushy and everything came in as quoted.
Pritchards also recommended and secured a fantastic celebrant in the form of Berni. Together they created and printed a beautiful order of service for the day, and again Pritchards undertook the booking of her services and those of the burial site.
I couldn't fault a single thing that Lee and Pritchards did and, much as none of us like to deal with death, I  wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Lee and Prichard & Sons.

An exceptional professional service. Every aspect of my mother's funeral from collection of her body to her interment was carried out with courtesy and respect. A difficult experience was made so much easier by the calm and friendly help that I was given to arrange my fathers funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me to go include  many personal requests and  contributions to the funeral service and cortège.

If there was a rating greater than excellent I would give Pritchard and Sons that rating!!!!! The sensitivity, attention to detail; support; kindness and accommodation of requests was never too much trouble. For traditional and non traditional funerals the team at Pritchard and Sons will assist you so that you can indeed lay your loved one to rest. Their input meant that every single detail for and related to the funeral was taken care of. Further the other services they recommended all provided high levels of service which went beyond expectation - so trust them.
