Lee Morris was the ideal funeral director - kind, knowledgeable with excellent contacts and very sensitive and respectful. Lee is very hardworking and energetic and made himself available out of hours. He helped a lot in making a difficult situation much more manageable. A difficult experience was made so much easier by the calm and friendly help that I was given to arrange my fathers funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped me to go include  many personal requests and  contributions to the funeral service and cortège.

If there was a rating greater than excellent I would give Pritchard and Sons that rating!!!!! The sensitivity, attention to detail; support; kindness and accommodation of requests was never too much trouble. For traditional and non traditional funerals the team at Pritchard and Sons will assist you so that you can indeed lay your loved one to rest. Their input meant that every single detail for and related to the funeral was taken care of. Further the other services they recommended all provided high levels of service which went beyond expectation - so trust them.

We found Pritchard and Sons, led by Lee Morris, exceptional in their service. They were thorough, efficient and thoughtful in their approach. Everything was explained thoroughly to us without fuss, but then it was attended to by them so that we had no concerns or worries in the lead up to the funeral. I would recommend them unreservedly. I could not have received a better or more caring and compassionate service. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was fully explained in detail so I knew exactly what had to be done, when it was going to be done and at what cost. My wife, Christine, was handled and prepared with great dignity and respect and I was consulted at each and every stage. All the work of arranging the funeral was done for me. I made the decisions, explained what I would like and they arranged it all so, on the day of the funeral, I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I was fully consulted at every stage so I knew how and when and in what order events would take place. I really cannot express how grateful I am. The funeral director Mr Lee Morris could not have been better. Many, many thanks to him and his whole team for making a very difficult day run so smoothly.

Pritchards were unbelievably supportive during a horrifically awful time. Everything was explained to me as many times as I needed and I was given the time and help to organise everything at my pace. I will never fully be able to sum up how thankful and grateful I am to Pritchards, who have organised two services for us in six years, but they made a massive difference to the process, the service and the aftermath of organising a funeral. They are caring, compassionate, kind and went far above their duties in order to support me at an awful time.
