From first contact regarding Edna's arrangements, everything was handled with the care and dignity she deserved. She had previously picked Hymns, prayers, bearers etc, and between Lee and myself we managed to fulfill her wishes, even down to the sandwiches and cake after the cremation! Her remaining family which are only a few now, were very impressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pritchard and Sons in the future. Many thanks to Lee and Clare.

Pritchard & Sons delt with my father’s funeral two years ago and again, last September, we went to them when my mother’s passed away.
On both occasions they couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of the situation. Lee Morris, the director, guided us through the process and was very patient with our muddled instructions, which seemed to change constantly as we became more accustomed to the death of our mother. In the end they gave her a loving and personal send off which she would have been very proud of.
They sorted everything including the catering for the wake.
After the funeral, there was no hassling me for the bill to be paid. They aloud me to pay in my own time which was very much appreciated.
