Pritchard & Sons delt with my father’s funeral two years ago and again, last September, we went to them when my mother’s passed away.
On both occasions they couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of the situation. Lee Morris, the director, guided us through the process and was very patient with our muddled instructions, which seemed to change constantly as we became more accustomed to the death of our mother. In the end they gave her a loving and personal send off which she would have been very proud of.
They sorted everything including the catering for the wake.
After the funeral, there was no hassling me for the bill to be paid. They aloud me to pay in my own time which was very much appreciated.

Following my Uncle's death in Wales, Pritchard & Sons was recommended to us. With relatives living in Kent & Peterborough, the task fell to me to arrange. Pritchard & Sons could not have been more helpful. We set a date, but due to circumstances beyond our control, all arrangements had to be put on hold. Once we were able to continue it was very close to the date set. They worked quickly and professionally, even offering assistance, should we need it in suggesting, florists, catering. They also were able to arrange the Video link in super quick time.
On meeting Lee Morris and his team on the day, we were grateful for their continued professionalism.
We would highly recommend them.

Extremely caring from the moment we walked in. We weren't rushe. Everything was explained clearly. Sensitivity over cost was consistently shown. Highly responsive to emails and basically couldn't have asked for more prior to the day. At the service itself the team was brilliant as well. They took a rough situation for the family and did everything we could have hoped for not to make it any worse and in fact they helped us prepare a send off that was greatly healing to us all. Would 100% recommend.
