I cannot fault the service provided by coop funeral care, North Berwick. They guided me through all the necessary steps in the process in a detailed but sympathetic manner from registering the death to the funeral itself. First class!

The reason I put average is one of the workers said something on the telephone to me which really upset me about not getting my husbands ashes back for several weeks which I didn’t think was right to wait that long and she said to me  “we’ll  that is what you get when you have a “Direct Creamation” I felt like she was judging me because I wasn’t giving my husband a full funeral but it was his wishes to have a Direct Creamation anyway I got onto the Tranent branch and spoke to Lee who was just amazing and got everything sorted out with my husband’s ashes.
