Gillotts dealt with my father's funeral and most recently my aunty's. Hannah in the Stapleford branch was exemplary and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and ran seamlessly. Anthony our driver introduced himself before the funeral and was very courteous and polite and again made sure everything ran so smoothly. Can't recommend them enough. We will be buying our own funeral plan through Gillotts after these experiences. Well done

From collecting our father to the day of the cremation we were treated with respect dignity and kindness.
Hannah was our point of contact and nothing was too much trouble even with cross county coroner’s involvement making things difficult.

I really cannot praise Hannah Chapman at the Stapleford Branch enough.
She made the funeral for my wife absolutely seamless and her approach to the bereaved family is not something that can be instilled by training. She has a natural empathy and affinity with people. A real asset to your business.

A mention also of Josh Wood, the celebrant. Another person who can only be described as a real asset.

It was a pleasure dealing with Gillotts. At a very distressing time they were helpful, curtious and professional in everything they did. We were perhaps not the usual clientele they have had to deal with but they treated us with dignity and sympathy in equal quantity. The two ladies we dealt with, Danni and Hannah, we so helpful and whilst we had some amusing conversations things ever breached the standards of professionalism that were expected. We would highly recommend the company to anyone in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough of Gillotts Funeral Directors in Stapleford who we contacted when my Dad passed away. Right from the first phone call staff were helpful and informative. Hannah at Stapleford in particular was so kind and caring and guided us through the whole process beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble and Hannah was literally there for us every step of the way making sure everything was just as we wanted it to be. She organised for Dad to be transferred from the hospital into their care at the Chapel of Rest, booked the Crematorium, put us in contact with a celebrant to conduct the funeral service and even created a beautiful visual tribute by setting some photos of Dad to a piece of his favourite music. We went to see Dad in the Chapel of Rest several times and never felt rushed. This gave us time to say our final goodbyes and helped us come to terms with his passing. On the day of Dads funeral Danni from Stapleford was there making sure that everything went to plan and I have to say we really felt it was perfect. We were in such good hands with Hannah and Danni and cannot thank them enough for everything they did for our family at such a sad and difficult time.
