The personal service we received while organising my mothers funeral through to completion was excellent. Hannah’s help with the Order of Service & Reflections was brilliant. We were guided through the whole process. Danni was also there to answer any questions we might have & also kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the arrangements.

We cannot fault the excellent service we have received from Gillotts Funeral Directors - especially from Hannah in the Stapleford office. She, Danni and Chris the Celebrant were empathetic and professional at all times, translating our thoughts and ideas into a funeral our mum would have loved. Everyone remarked that the service was 'Audrey to a tee'. Many said they enjoyed it and more importantly that mum would have loved it. All this was down to the help and advice we were given. The costs have been well within our budget, with no hidden extras. It felt as if friends were helping us rather than simply Funeral Directors. The after care service has been great, and cannot be faulted.
We'd definitely highly recommend using Gillotts.

Can't speak highly enough of both Alan and Hannah at Gillots Stapleford. They were caring, kind and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. Mum's funeral went exactly as planned and having them both on hand was a great help.

In such sad times the team at Gillotts were great, mum had already had her funeral plans in place so the few fine details that were needed to give mum a lovely goodbye were done so good. From the first time we visited Gillotts with mum to put her funeral in place to even after visiting for advice on mum's head stone they were so helpful. Lovely team.

Who shops for a funeral before the event? Gillotts we’re excellent from start to finish, supporting myself and my daughter for the arrangements for my husband I cannot fault any of the team at Stapleford branch they were all excellent and went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan and lightening the load were they could. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As I said no one knows where to start when faced with a bereavement wether it’s expected or not, and therefore no one recommends a funeral director- let me be the first!
