I was going through a sad time losing my mum , we choose ivan bramley to do the service for mum, I am so glad I did all the team were so patient and understanding, they went above and behond to make a sad day such a lovely day . Myself and my family cannot thank them enough for everything, I would definitely recommend them . Once again thank you to Ann , Craig , and katie who are all amazing.

I’m finding it difficult to express our thanks and gratitude to Ivan Bramleys for absolutely everything. From taking Dad into their care, to transporting him back from QMC, to making him look peaceful and pain free, to the most dignified funeral. The respect shown was impeccable, heart warming and endearing. The cars gleamed, we were treated like royalty and didn’t have to worry about anything. On such a sad occasion, they knew exactly how to look after us as a grieving family and for that, we’ll be forever grateful.

I need to mention one lady in particular, Anne. We arranged the funeral plan a few years ago and she was very helpful, supportive, friendly and very professional then. This was exactly the same on the run up to the funeral and on the day itself. She showed total respect for my Dad and managed everything with dignity, calmness and grace. I can honestly say we wouldn’t have got through the day without her, so thank you lovely lady, you made a very sad and sombre occasion a little easier to bare. x

Everyone here has been so kind and understanding with us. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. I had issues sending in photos from my end but they resolved this quickly for me. The staff are so professional and friendly and they made the day so special for us and so smooth. Excellent service from everyone involved. A special mention to Anne for her personal touch too.
