The staff at Gilbert's were all kind, supportive and caring from my initial phone call. They listened to what i wanted and carried out exactly what we had discussed, making an extremely difficult time more bearable.
When i phoned to discuss anything, they were polite and attentive.

I just want to thank Will and Gemma. I can’t praise them enough for the way they looked after Joe from the day we met will  and arrange the funeral the service they provide is absolutely amazing. We met Will together at Joe‘s wishes and went through everything and in fine detail Will was absolutely amazing and everything they did for us I will be for ever  grateful. gemma’s correspondence and wills was fast and efficient and anything I wanted to talk about. They were always there at hand to discuss it the day itself although the hardest day of my life between them they made sure it ran to perfection and to exactly how Joe would’ve wanted it. The service at the crematorium was absolutely superb and it depicted Joe‘s life in every way . The horse drawn carriages with the icing on the cherry it was a site. I wish Joe could’ve seen it was a very humbling moment in time the cars are outstanding as were the drivers. I certainly know where I’ll be going when my time comes. so thank you again, Will and Gemma and all the team involved for everything you’ve done for us absolutely fantastic and I’ll certainly be recommending Gilberts to anybody who asked me in the future. It was a privilege to let you guys look after Joe when she needed it the most XXX

This was the most awful time in our lives losing Mum and it was made that bit easier by Gilbert’s wonderful service.  From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, they were professional, respectful and Mum looked beautiful in the chapel.   Will is an absolute credit to you, it was the little things, even down to taking a chair out to the flowers for Dad to sit so he could take a look and so that he was able to greet everyone as they came out after the service.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
