All the staff are absolutely spot on. We mainly dealt with Will and Gemma, both were very sympathetic, helpful and available at the drop of a hat. Nothing waa too much trouble. Our celebrant, Mark, was outstanding. He delivered a service celebrating my husband's life that encaptured his personality to a T. He was funny and sad but never miserable. The whole sad procedure was made so much easier thanks to Gilberts' staff.
