Gemma and Will were absolutely superb looking after us all for the funeral of my Father.
Everyone associated with Gilbert’s were excellent. The bearers looked after the family bearers superbly well too as they carried the coffin in.
I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and her team. Very compassionate and very professional in their dealings with us. Thank you to everyone at Gilbert’s

I cant thank gemma an will enough for everything they have done for us not only will my mums funeral but with my father in laws as well nothing was to much trouble,you all helped us as a family get through 2 of the hardest times of our lives we are so grateful.

We sadly lost our mum and dad within eight months of each other. After using G.Gilberts for our mum, we had no doubt about who we would use for our dad. Gemma and Will are professional yet caring, nothing was too much trouble. Dad had the motorbike hearse to take him on his final journey, which was just perfect, and our mum's last wishes were to be put with her sister at Shepshed cemetry in loughborough, which G.Gilberts arranged for us too. Gemma and Will were able to give us peace of mind that we had fulfilled our parents last wishes, just as they wanted.

Absolutely fantastic from the first moment we made contact right the way through. Gemma, Will, and the team went above and beyond to make Carols' day very special and a memory to cherish, we couldn't have asked for more even making the special effort to wear pink cravats to be part of the pink tribute we had for Carol.

Absolute professionalism and compassion in guiding us through the arrangements for our Nana’s funeral from beginning to end. Will and Gemma fulfilled all of our requests and offered much needed support and guidance where needed. A very person centred approach, I left each appointment feeling like my Nana was in the care of people she would of grown fond of and trusted, just as we did. Nothing was too much trouble. We as a family are forever greatfull.
