Shaun and Melanie have and still are being excellent.  I lost my Wife unexpectedly at a young age.  I met a number of local Funeral Director’s and spoke to an online option who claimed to be 60% cheaper.  My primary aim of who would I trust to take care of my beautiful wife.  I question and challenged them all, at no point did the team at Country fail, whilst being completely honest and authentic.  Nothing too much trouble, honest if I was looking for something that I didn’t need.  

They told me that they could pretty much do anything that me and my family wanted but never tried to up-sell.

I wanted to see my Wife every day up to and including the day of the funeral.  When asking about time to do this, Shaun’s stance was 100% at what time fit me and not opening times.

On the day of the funeral Shaun directed the event from start to finish, leading his team and managing our family and the situation with empathy and consideration.

In my opinion Country delivered everything that I was looking for and my Wife was looked after with care and dignity.  Surprisingly the price was the best amongst all four Funeral Directors also.  Thank you Shaun and Melanie you are completely credible with great integrity and authenticity.

We were very impressed how everything was handled from the first meeting to the funeral on the day. Nothing was too much trouble at all for Shaun and Melanie.
I would totally recommend Country Funerals to everyone.
The price was very reasonable for a total package which we were very happy with.

We chose country funerals on the basis of the reviews we had seen online. They seemed to care more, and their pricing information was clear and competitive. We were not disappointed, everything we had read turned out to be true.

 Melanie and Shaun, who run the business, are two of the nicest and kindest people we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble. Everything’ ran like clockwork on the day, and the price came in right on the quote - no hidden costs. I understand other funeral services often massively hike the final price through a series of hidden charges.

  I really can’t fault country funerals and would definitely use them again when that unfortunate time comes. Highly recommended without reservation.

Shaun & Melanie are absolutely fantastic at what they do. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and nothing was ever too much.

At a time where emotions were running high, Shaun & Melanie were a huge support to myself & my family, and really took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted to achieve with my Mum's send off. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
