Thornalley funeral service were fantastic from the very first contact with them. They were professional, kind and so very attentive to my family throughout the process. They put me in touch with a celebrant who was amazing and handled the long distance funeral with ease.  I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. All of the staff that I dealt with, both in person and on the phone, were very supportive and helpful, with numerous follow up calls to ensure that we were satisfied with the arrangements. I was expecting that things might be difficult, as I was in Yorkshire trying to make arrangements in Norfolk, but the staff were able to make everything easy for me and the graveside service was perfect. My thanks to all of the staff involved.

My family have always used Tornalleys. They are incredible, they go above and beyond.

At probably the hardest stage of my life, they lightened the burden off myself and my family.

They couldn’t physically have done anymore for us. I think after the traumatic time of a death of any family member. The fact that you can give them the greatest send off and be guided along the way by the fantastic team who was there every step of the way.

Simply wonderful in how they handled us, listened to what we thought we wanted and made sure everything was as seamless as possible for us. They kept in contact very regularly just to see how we were doing which was a great personal touch. Also, and increasingly important in these straightened times, they never tried to persuade us to spend more than we wanted, and in fact made suggestions that actually kept the price down as much as possible.

From first contact with Andrew Thornalley regarding my fathers funeral arrangements I felt assured that he would be treated with respect and that Andrew and the Thornalley's team would do everything to make this most difficult of times a celebration of my fathers well lived life.
The day of my fathers funeral could not have gone any better and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
