From first contact they were respectful, caring, showed empathy and so professional. A personal thank-you to Liam for his support on the day and also to Helen Drake the celebrant who did such a wonderful service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish Andrew and his staff were exceptional,  caring and supportive nothing was too much for them.  Andrew called me weekly to check in with me, seeing if I was ok and coping.  It’s not the best time of anyone’s life,  losing a loved one,  but Thornally’s helped me enormously through the process.  I cannot recommend them enough.

Mr Ray Thornalley and his team are exceptional. Compassionate beyond words. Attention to even the smallest of details for Mr Burton were essential, every request I made was met, even the most complicated. Mr Thornalley himself and his driver Richard enabled me to carry out Mr Burtons greatest and final wish. It is my considered opinion that no other Funeral Director would have achieved this to such a high standard. There are no other words that I can write that would convey my immense gratitude. We were fully informed at each step of the process, felt able to approach always with any questions we had. With each member of staff being kind, sensitive, patient and competent.
